This is going to be a 4 month program to see how fit and in shape the members can become in a 4 month period. We will post weekly weigh-ins and be asked to keep a daily journal of calorie/food intake and daily exercise routine. Photos may be posted for before and after comparisons, but no one is required to post their photo. Posting weight is also optional-- we are not here to make anyone uncomfortable. This is a completely judgement-free area and we are all here to support one another in our efforts to become the best person we can physically and mentally. A healthy body is a happy body. So, if you think this community could be what you're looking for to lose those few extra pounds, or just to get into a regular work-out routine, come on in.
